Terms of Payment:
Fixed price consultancy pacakges or training courses
All payment is required in advance of any fixed price consultancy/training.
Payment methods are detailed on the invoice.
Where a date for a training course or site-visit has been arranged, payment is required at least 7 days before this date.
All bookings are considered provisional until payment has been received.
Quotations
Quotations are subject to VAT at a rate of 20% where applicable.
Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to pass on any charges incurred by cancelled bookings. This will not normally be an issue, but could occur if flights or other travel tickets have been booked.
