Under the London Local Authorities Act 1991 London borough councils have powers to enforce the purchase of a 'special treatment licence'. This applies to businesses not registered with the CQC, that use laser/IPL equipment to carry out treatments such as hair removal. The conditions of the special treatments licence will also usually include requirements such as provision of Core of Knowledge (laser safety) Training and appointment of a Laser Protection Adviser (LPA).

Our services will enable salons and clinics to meet the licence conditions of the various councils (which vary accross London) at competitive rates.
